DEFINITIONS
For purposes of these Wholesale Terms of Sale:
“Terms” means these Conditions of Sale.
“Kamoka,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to Kamoka Pearls LLC.
“Website” refers to Kamoka’s wholesale ordering platform and related digital services.
“Products” refers to pearls and pearl-related goods offered for wholesale purchase.
“Wholesale Customer” refers to approved business purchasers buying for resale or trade use.
GENERAL TERMS
This Website is operated by Kamoka Pearls LLC, a United States supplier of Tahitian cultured pearls.
Products offered through our Website are available only to approved wholesale customers.
These Terms govern all wholesale transactions conducted through the Website or directly with Kamoka.
We may revise these Terms periodically. The version in effect at the time an order is placed will apply.
By submitting an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
Use of this Website is limited to individuals 18 years of age or older.

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time
Orders are processed during business hours only and not on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Unless marked Reserved or Sold, items displayed are available for purchase.
Availability is subject to prior sale.
PURCHASING PRODUCTS
Products are sold solely under these Terms.
Wholesale accounts may be subject to approval before ordering privileges are granted.
ORDER SUBMISSION & ACCEPTANCE
Orders may be placed through the Website or directly through Kamoka.
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are considered accepted once confirmed by Kamoka.
Once an order enters processing, changes or cancellations may only be made prior to shipment and with our approval.
PRICING
All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Prices reflect wholesale rates and may change without notice.
Any applicable taxes, import duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise agreed.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & GRADING
Products are described according to Kamoka’s grading standards.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these grading standards as the basis for product representation.
Natural Color & Luster
Unless otherwise disclosed, Tahitian pearls supplied by Kamoka exhibit natural color and natural luster.
Size & Measurements
Pearl dimensions are measured using industry practices. Due to the natural formation of pearls, slight variations may occur. Measurements may vary depending on the point of measurement.
Images & Video
Images represent the actual pearls offered unless noted otherwise. Display settings and lighting conditions may influence perceived color.
Customers are encouraged to contact Kamoka with any questions before confirming an order.
PAYMENT TERMS
All payments must be made in USD.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Bank wire transfer
- ACH transfer (U.S. customers)
- Major credit and debit cards
- Any other approved online payment method
Payment is due within three (3) business days unless credit terms have been approved in writing.
Orders may be delayed or cancelled if payment is not received within the required timeframe.
TITLE & OWNERSHIP
Ownership of Products transfers to the purchaser only after full payment has been received.
RISK OF LOSS
Responsibility for loss or damage transfers to the purchaser upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are shipped to the address specified at checkout.
Delivery is considered complete upon receipt and signature at the delivery address.
An adult signature may be required.
While we work with reliable carriers, delivery timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
DAMAGE OR LOSS IN TRANSIT
All shipments are insured.
Visible damage should be reported to the carrier immediately upon delivery.
If damage is discovered after opening, Kamoka must be notified within 48 hours of receipt.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns require prior authorization.
Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they:
- Remain unused and unaltered
- Are returned in original condition
- Include original packaging
- Follow return instructions provided by Kamoka
All returns are subject to inspection and approval.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible.
Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
PRODUCT GUARANTEE
Kamoka Pearls guarantees that:
- Pearls are genuine Tahitian cultured pearls
- Pearls exhibit natural color and luster
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & BRAND USE
Purchase of Kamoka pearls does not grant permission to market or represent them as “Kamoka” branded products without written authorization.
All images, branding, and materials remain the property of Kamoka Pearls LLC and may not be used without permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kamoka Pearls LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business interruption.
If liability is established, it shall not exceed the purchase price of the Products involved.
PRIVACY
Our Privacy Policy governs how personal information is collected and used in connection with purchases and is available on our Website.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within the State of Oregon.
