Kamoka Pearl Refund Policy

Returns require prior authorization from Kamoka.

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Approved returns must:
- Be unused, unaltered, and in original condition.
- Include original packaging.
- Follow the return instructions provided by Kamoka.

Pearls sold as a matched group or lot must be returned in their entirety. Partial returns from a lot are not accepted.

Customized, drilled, special-order, and made-to-order items are non-returnable unless the return is due to our error.

All returned merchandise is subject to inspection upon receipt. Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible.
